Here we are again: California burning. Picks and shovels – really? This is 2018 not 1818. Just because you did it that way for two hundred years doesn’t make it right.
I don’t want to hear the same old BS about why. No place has done more to combat climate change than California – and yet here we are with 18 active wildfires. Someone needs to wake up and devise new methods of preventing and fighting these fires.
A. – How about spending a half billion dollars to clean up old growth instead of spending 18 billion dollars to repair the damage? Wouldn’t that be a start?

D. Way aren’t the insurance companies stepping up? You’d think these guys could save themselves billions by coming up with some solutions.
